This website and associated apps may collect limited information in the following categories:

Google Analytics collects data such as pages visited, time on page, referring URL, browser type, device type, and approximate location (country/city). This data is aggregated and anonymised — it cannot be used to identify you personally. IP addresses are anonymised before storage.

We do not collect names, precise locations, payment details, or any personally identifiable information unless you voluntarily provide it through the contact form.

Our iOS apps (AR Hide and Seek and AR Shadow Tag) use the device camera exclusively via Apple's ARKit framework to render the augmented reality environment — no images or video are ever captured or transmitted. AR Shadow Tag may also collect gameplay data when you opt in to Sign in with Apple, and offers opt-in anonymous error reporting. See Sections 3, 4, and 5 for full details.

Any information collected is used solely to improve the user experience and respond to inquiries. Specifically:

In-App Purchases are available in some apps published by Mohamad Akkad as optional purchases (such as tips or other digital items). All transactions are processed entirely by Apple via the App Store. Mohamad Akkad does not collect, store, or have access to any payment details, card numbers, or billing information. Purchase history and receipts are managed by Apple in accordance with their Privacy Policy. Purchases are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.

Local Device Storage — The app stores preferences on your device (sound settings, graphics, and session state) using Apple's standard on-device storage (PlayerPrefs). If you play without signing in, this data stays on your device only and is never transmitted. If you sign in with Apple, gameplay progress (score, round, Lumens, cosmetics) is additionally synced to our Supabase backend so it can be restored if you reinstall or switch devices.

This is a static website with no backend database. Contact form submissions are processed through Web3Forms and delivered to the site owner's email address. Web3Forms does not permanently store your message and is subject to their own privacy policy. See Web3Forms Privacy Policy.

Reasonable technical measures are in place to protect any data in transit (HTTPS). However, no method of internet transmission is 100% secure. Data is retained only as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose it was collected for.

Apps published on the App Store comply with Apple's guidelines regarding children's privacy and COPPA requirements where applicable.
